﴿كِتَابٌ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ مُبَارَكٌ لِيَدَّبَّرُوا آَيَاتِهِ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ﴾، الأصل في القرآن أنه أُنزل ليتدبره كل من تلقاه وتلاه ولو كان الأمر حكراً على بعض الأشخاص ليتدبروه ثم يفهِّموه غيرهم ممن لا يجوز لهم التأمل والتدبر كما يدعي البعض لو كان الأمر كذلك لكان رسول الله أولى الناس بذلك ولكان الله أخبره أن الكتاب أُنزل ليتدبره هو وليس لغيره أن يتدبروه، ولكن الآية صريحة في أن الغرض أن يتدبر كل واحد وكل جماعة لعلهم يتذكرون، لكن لاشك أن التدبر له ضوابطه ومقدماته وشروطه، وإلا أحاله الهوى أو الجهل وبالاً على صاحبه وعلى المجتمع
